TIna Westcott ARPS

A passionate outdoor photographer living on the edge of Mendip overlooking the Somerset Levels, I love exploring the natural world with a geographer’s eye either at home or on my travels.  Always excited by what may lie around the next corner I am drawn to changing light, colour, pattern and close up detail, depicting scenes, often in an abstract way. 

I was awarded an Associateship of the Royal Photographic Society in 2021 with a landscape project entitled “Nature’s Reclamation of the Disused Quarries of Mendip” and I am currently working on my “Water’s Edge” project showing intimate landscape scenes from river source to the sea. Images from both projects featured in my recent successful exhibition at the Wells Museum, Somerset.
